Install Baza on Android with Google Play

Install from Google Play

Open the official Baza listing on Google Play — publisher GELMIX, application id fr.baza.app — then tap “Install”. No special configuration is needed: Android installs Baza like any other app.

Install Baza only from Google Play or from this page. Never install a Baza installation file received in a private message or found on another site.

• Free and ad-free: no in-app purchases, no subscription.
• The same app, the same account: your conversations and your profile follow you on all your devices.
• The service remains reserved for adults aged 18 and over.

Opening Baza for the first time

Open Baza from the installed icon. Sign in or create your account, then accept notifications and location when the app offers them.

These permissions cannot be turned on automatically by Baza: Android always asks for your consent. Notifications are used for new messages. Location makes it possible to show nearby profiles, without ever revealing your address or your exact coordinates.

And without Google Play?

Baza remains a full web app: open app.baza.fr in your browser, on any Android phone, iPhone or computer, and sign in to the same account.

On a phone without Google services, the web app is the recommended path: add it to your home screen from your browser, as explained in the installation guide.

Did you install the test APK?

Before publishing on Google Play, Baza offered a test Android APK. That APK has been withdrawn: the old download addresses now redirect to the Google Play listing.

If the test version is still installed on your phone, uninstall it and install the app from Google Play: the test APK no longer receives updates.
