Principle

Any member can report a profile or a behaviour directly from the application. The report is confidential: it is never revealed to the reported profile.

Reporting reasons

The reasons offered are as follows:

Inappropriate content;
Harassment;
Fake profile or identity theft;
Presumed minor;
Other.

Comment

An optional comment (500 characters maximum) lets you clarify the report, in particular for the ‘Other’ reason (illegal content, impersonation, etc.).

Handling

Reports are kept and examined. Depending on the severity, the possible measures range from a warning to deletion of the reported account. ‘Presumed minor’ reports are handled as a priority.

In the event of a criminal offence (threats, illegal content, extortion), also report the facts to the authorities (17, or the PHAROS platform for public content).

Immediate blocking

Without waiting for a report to be handled, you can block the profile concerned: blocking is symmetrical and immediate (no visibility or contact whatsoever in either direction).
